CMM in Motion offers Offline CMM Programming services utilizing Calypso (Zeiss) and InSpec (MicroVu) softwareoftware at competitive prices.

• Offline and off-site CMM programming service.
  In order to do this, a CAD model and/or a drawing of the component requiring measuring need to be provided. The program can then be written and emailed to you. This allows that the program can be written in advance of the component arriving for inspection and frees up your CMM for inspecting other parts.
• Offline, on-site CMM programming service.
  You provide a CAD model and/or drawing of the component requiring measuring. We create a measuring program offline, and then come to your facility. On-site we load and run the program on your CMM, build probes and do basic training, set up SPC data collection and do Gage R&R study if required. This is our worry free, "turn key" service.
• Custom CMM reports.
  Have your own CMM report with company logo and all information you need such as units, run duration, order numbers and serial numbers. We also create part specific reports with embedded CAD model and locate all dimensions on it.
• Data collection from your CMM.
  Collect data from your CMM for statistical process control, Gage R&R or process capability studies utilizing Excel, QC-Calc, etc. Auto archiving, organized by customer or part number, MMC/LMC calculations.
• Custom Excel Forms, Excel macros.
  Custom excel form detecting out of spec dimensions. Auto populating CMM data in custom form such as AS9102.
• Troubleshooting an existing CMM program and analyzing measurements results.
• CAD drafting service.
  We create part/component CAD models based on blueprint or sketch.
• CMM fixture design.
  Part specific fixture design for single or multiple part inspection.
• Bubble drawings and inspection reports.
  Blueprint ballooning with PPAP, FAI, or any inspection forms.
